This brow pencil is easy to use and you can apply it just like any other: first, you define the top and bottom brow lines, making a shapely outline of the brow, then fill in the entire brow with color. Ideally, when you get to the inner brow edge, fill in it gently, with subtle strokes, and accentuate the tail more strongly and clearly. I always brush a little color out of the top brow line as it may look a bit harsh and unnatural.
